Chef's Table

Chef Matthew Fritz, a native of the Chicago area, has lived in Southwest Montana for the past fifteen years. Before becoming a full time personal chef, Matt worked as a chef at the Yellowstone Club and the Rainbow Ranch. He holds a degree in Culinary Arts from College of DuPage and is ACF certified in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. Matt uses classic cooking techniques with flavors from around the globe, in combination with local meat and produce, to create meals that reflect the character of Montana.
